???? Job Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Monitoring system performance using tools for logging, alerting, and ensuring reliability.
Collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align goals and optimize workflows.
Managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
Ensuring adherence to security best practices and managing vulnerability remediation.
Diagnosing and resolving real-time system and application issues.
Optimizing resource usage for cost efficiency and high availability.
Maintaining detailed documentation for processes, tools, and workflows.

???? Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a DevOps or related role.
7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
Expertise in Kubernetes-based Container Orchestration Platforms (preferably Openshift).
7+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Proficiency with programming languages such as Node.js or Golang.
Experience with Observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, or Datadog.
Proven experience in troubleshooting public cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
7+ years of experience with PostgreSQL databases and Cache Engines.
Expertise in traffic management and routing, with familiarity with F5 setup or similar technologies.

???? Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
Knowledge of Istio Service Mesh.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Scripting expertise in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking.
