Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Secondary Science Teacher specializing in Physics and Chemistry to join our team. The ideal candidate should inspire students through interactive teaching methods, including hands-on experiments and real-world applications, while fostering critical thinking and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Academic Excellence

Deliver engaging Physics and Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for secondary students.
Use experiments, demonstrations, and interactive methods to make science exciting and relatable.
Ensure students develop a strong conceptual understanding of scientific principles and their real-world applications.

2. Student Development

Identify students' learning needs and tailor teaching methods accordingly.
Encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and a scientific mindset.
Prepare students for school assessments, competitive exams (JEE/NEET), and higher education.

3. Curriculum & Lesson Planning

Develop and implement structured lesson plans with both theoretical and practical components.
Conduct laboratory experiments while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Create additional learning resources like study guides, practice questions, and project ideas.

4. Classroom Management

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Encourage active participation and collaboration among students.

5. Parent Communication

Regularly update parents on students’ academic progress.
Provide guidance on how parents can support learning at home.

6. Continuous Professional Development

Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and scientific advancements.
Participate in workshops, training programs, and team collaborations for ongoing professional growth.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry) or a related field
✔ B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory)
✔ 3-10 years of CBSE teaching experience at the secondary level
✔ Experience in training students for JEE/NEET (preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and experiment-based teaching
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
✔ Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring young minds
