Position Overview

Harsha International Public School is seeking a dedicated and qualified Hindi Teacher to teach Senior Secondary (Class XI-XII) and Secondary (Class IX-X) students. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the Hindi language, a passion for teaching, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering lessons that meet the curriculum requirements while catering to individual learning needs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Delivery

  • Teach Hindi language and literature in alignment with the prescribed curriculum for Classes IX to XII.

  • Design lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments according to curriculum guidelines.

2. Classroom Management

  • Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.

  • Use interactive and participatory methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.

3. Student Evaluation & Support

  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.

  • Provide individualized feedback and support to improve students' language proficiency.

  • Identify and address special learning needs and offer additional assistance when required.

4. Co-Curricular Activities

  • Encourage student participation in language-based extracurricular activities (e.g., debates, elocution, essay writing, and cultural programs).

5. Communication & Collaboration

  • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and challenges.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

6. Professional Development

  • Stay updated on modern teaching methodologies, language trends, and curriculum changes.

  • Engage in professional development activities to continually enhance teaching practices.


Qualifications & Skills

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or a related field.

  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of teaching experience in a similar role (preferred).

  • Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written Hindi.

  • Proficiency in using modern teaching aids (e.g., smart boards, educational software, and online tools).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to motivate and engage students actively.
