About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven Script Writer to create high-quality scripts for instructional, conceptual, and simulation videos, interactive content, assessments, and textual summaries. The ideal candidate will analyze learning objectives (LOs), conduct thorough research, and develop pedagogically sound scripts for engaging e-learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

???? Content Development:
✔ Analyze and refine learning objectives (LOs) for clarity and alignment with instructional goals.
✔ Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy and depth.
✔ Develop engaging and structured scripts for:

Instructional videos (step-by-step concept explanations)
Conceptual videos (deep dives into theories & principles)
Simulation videos (real-world applications & problem-solving)
Interactive simulations (guided exercises & decision-making tasks)
Assessments & Assignments (quizzes, case studies, scenario-based questions)
Textual summaries & quick notes (concise learning points for revision)

???? Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
✔ Work closely with SMEs, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to align scripts with learning objectives.
✔ Ensure scripts are interactive, engaging, and designed for maximum learner retention.
✔ Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from stakeholders and pilot testing.

???? Stay Updated:
✔ Keep up with educational content trends, storytelling techniques, and e-learning best practices.

Requirements

✅ Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Instructional Design, Creative Writing, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in scriptwriting for educational content, instructional videos, or e-learning modules.
✅ Skills:

Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and e-learning principles.
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills to create engaging and accurate content.
Experience in writing for multimedia content, animations, and interactive modules.
Ability to simplify complex topics for different learner levels while maintaining engagement.
Familiarity with LMS, SCORM, xAPI, and interactive learning is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills to work with SMEs, designers, and developers.
