Job Summary:
We are seeking a research-driven and detail-oriented Script Writer to develop high-quality scripts for various educational content formats, including instructional videos, conceptual videos, simulations, assessments, and textual summaries. The candidate will analyze learning objectives (LOs), conduct in-depth research, and create engaging scripts that align with educational goals. These scripts will serve as blueprints for content developers to produce effective e-learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and refine learning objectives (LOs) for clarity and effectiveness.
Conduct comprehensive research on assigned topics to ensure content accuracy and depth.
Develop structured scripts for:
- Instructional videos (step-by-step explanations)
- Conceptual videos (deep dives into theories and principles)
- Simulation videos (real-world applications)
- Interactive simulations (guided exercises and case studies)
- Assessments and assignments (quizzes, case studies, scenario-based questions)
- Textual summaries and quick notes (concise learning points)
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and multimedia developers to ensure script alignment with learning goals.
Ensure scripts are engaging and designed for maximum learner retention.
Revise scripts based on feedback from stakeholders and pilot testing.
Stay updated with educational content trends, storytelling techniques, and e-learning best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Creative Writing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in scriptwriting for educational content or e-learning modules.
Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and e-learning principles.
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
Experience in developing scripts for multimedia content (animations, interactive modules, assessments).
Ability to simplify complex topics for different learner levels while maintaining engagement.
Familiarity with LMS, SCORM, xAPI, and interactive learning experiences is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with SMEs, designers, and content developers.
