Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Research Writers to join our PhD assistance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in academic research, technical writing, and research methodologies. This role involves assisting PhD scholars with research proposals, literature reviews, thesis writing, journal paper writing, and data analysis across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

???? Academic Writing & Research:
✔ Develop well-structured research papers, dissertations, and proposals adhering to university and journal standards.
✔ Conduct in-depth literature reviews and synthesize research findings.
✔ Ensure content is original, well-researched, and plagiarism-free.

???? Subject-Matter Expertise:
✔ Provide research assistance across multiple domains, including Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, and Medicine.
✔ Stay updated with the latest academic trends and journal requirements.

???? Formatting & Referencing:
✔ Adhere to different academic writing styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, IEEE, Chicago, etc.).
✔ Format documents as per university and journal guidelines.

???? Proofreading & Editing:
✔ Ensure grammatical accuracy, coherence, and logical flow in research documents.
✔ Enhance clarity and readability while maintaining academic rigor.

???? Collaboration & Client Interaction:
✔ Work closely with PhD scholars, professors, and research consultants.
✔ Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and provide revisions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

???? Education:
✔ PhD/Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, etc.).

???? Experience:
✔ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in academic/research writing.
✔ Published research papers in reputed journals (preferred).

???? Technical Skills:
✔ Strong command over academic writing and research methodologies.
✔ Ability to interpret and analyze complex research data.

???? Soft Skills:
✔ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and time management.
✔ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

✔ Experience with Scopus, SCI, and Web of Science-indexed journal publications.
✔ Knowledge of AI-based research tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, QuillBot, Turnitin).
✔ Prior experience in grant writing and research funding proposals.
