Job Responsibilities

???? Technical Architecture & Solutioning

Define technical architecture and solutions based on the given problem statement.
Identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements to existing standards and processes.
Optimize existing technology with new ideas and performance improvements.
Scope and estimate efforts within a cross-functional team.

???? Software Development & Testing

Drive automation testing for frontend, middleware, and microservices.
Implement API automation testing using Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber.js.
Develop and maintain quality control strategies, including deployment strategies, change management, and application monitoring.
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems.

???? Leadership & Collaboration

Act as a core member of the engineering team, guiding end-to-end project delivery.
Effectively interpret technical and business objectives, providing sound solutions.
Provide technical expertise from project inception to closure.
Stay informed on emerging technology trends and incorporate them into best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Education & Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
Master’s in Computer Applications or equivalent is a plus.

✅ Technical Skills

8-12 years of total experience, with 3+ years in automation testing.
Strong expertise in API automation testing using Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber.js.
Good understanding of automation testing paradigms for frontend, middleware, and microservices.
Experience with deployment strategies, change management, and application monitoring.
