Job Responsibilities

Define technical architecture and solutions based on business requirements.
Identify opportunities for enhancements and process refinements.
Optimize existing technologies with new ideas and automation opportunities.
Define solution scoping and effort estimation within a cross-functional team.
Act as a core member of the engineering team, providing guidance in end-to-end delivery.
Interpret technical and business objectives, offering sound and scalable solutions.
Provide technical expertise to drive projects from inception to closure.
Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
Stay informed on the latest technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–12 years of overall experience in software testing and automation.
3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing, including:
- API automation
- Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber.js
Strong understanding of automation testing paradigms for:
- Frontend applications
- Middleware systems
- Microservices
Good understanding of deployment strategies, change management, and application monitoring for quality control.
