Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to oversee production quality, analyze defects, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality records, ensuring process improvements, and minimizing rework and rejection rates.

Key Responsibilities

???? Quality Monitoring & Reporting
✔ Maintain Monthly Rework & Rejection Sheets for parts and vendors.
✔ Submit Daily Work Reports on time and verify junior team reports.

???? Issue Resolution & Process Improvement
✔ Identify assembly problems and collaborate with the R&D team for solutions.
✔ Suggest tolerance adjustments and process modifications in drawings to prevent recurring issues.

???? Machine Body Inspection
✔ Coordinate with the Production Manager to inspect machine bodies at the fabricator’s site.
✔ Check body structure, color, drilling, tapping, SS cladding, and finishing.
✔ Prepare inspection reports and provide feedback for corrections.
✔ Give final confirmation only after all quality issues are resolved.

???? Quality Planning & Execution
✔ Plan and oversee Quality Control (QC) processes for production.
✔ Ensure adherence to quality standards to minimize defects and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred).
✔ Prior experience in Quality Control / Production Management is a plus.

???? Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔ Ability to interpret technical drawings and suggest improvements.
✔ Proficiency in report preparation & documentation.
✔ Good communication & teamwork skills.
