Diploma in Plastic / CIPET Diploma / Injection Moulding Diploma (Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Injection Moulding Supervisor to join our production team in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the moulding team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality production.
Supervise and lead the injection moulding team for smooth production.
Monitor and optimize moulding processes to maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot and maintain injection moulding machinery.
Develop production schedules and coordinate with planning departments.
Train and mentor team members while promoting safe working practices.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to avoid production disruptions.
Develop and improve SOPs related to moulding processes.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve production efficiency.
Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding equipment and processes
Prior experience in a supervisory/managerial role
Familiarity with quality control standards
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective time management and prioritization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems
Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
Ability to work independently or in a team
