Location: Gurugram, Haryana (or Hyderabad, Telangana)

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies.
- Experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.
- Ability to work flexible, non-standard working hours as per customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:
- Business analysis, including conducting analytics, developing dashboards, and making recommendations.
- Technical product/cloud support/Quality Engineering/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
- Experience using Google Ads or other online advertising solutions and understanding the media/tech landscape.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support in a tech organization, particularly customer-facing roles.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Experience solving issues and developing tactical perspectives on customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent customer-first mindset, with the ability to own end-to-end experience and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Tool and Automation Development:
- Develop tools and automation for diagnostics and debugging to streamline processes and improve support efficiency.
AI-Driven Ad Products Expertise:
- Apply subject matter expertise in Google's AI-driven ad products, particularly Performance Max, and provide effective guidance and troubleshooting.
Data Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics to identify recurring issues and their root causes, leading to operational improvements and enhancing product adoption among key clients.
Collaboration with Product and Engineering:
- Work closely with Google’s Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback aimed at refining features, improving user experience, and addressing customer pain points.
Support Process Enhancement:
- Develop and implement automation tools that enhance diagnostic and debugging processes, leading to faster resolution times.
