???? Purpose of the Role:

The Power BI/QlikSense Developer will play a critical role in supporting Alstom’s Bid, Project, Planning & Commercial Management Academy by maintaining and enhancing key dashboards. This position ensures global training and competency development data aligns with organizational structures and provides meaningful analytics to support business decisions.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance Power BI and QlikSense dashboards related to competency development and training.
Create new dashboards as per evolving business and Academy needs (e.g., training catalog, participation analysis, trainer/session management).
Develop data models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
Link competencies to training and reflect updates in dashboards based on métier job structure changes.
Monitor training quality and participation KPIs; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Gather end-user requirements and build ad-hoc reports and analytics solutions.
Develop and support automation or transformation tools like Power Apps when necessary.

???? Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Power BI, QlikSense, and Power Apps
- Strong skills in data modeling, query building, and BI tool development
- Understanding of data connectors, databases, and reporting systems
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Effective multitasking and ability to handle multiple projects
- Collaborative mindset in international and multicultural settings
- Fluent in English
- Business acumen with an ability to challenge the status quo
