Position Overview

As a CMC Planning Engineer, you will be part of the high-performing Line Maintenance Cabin Management Center (CMC) team at HAECO Hong Kong. This role is key in aligning maintenance schedules with customer needs and ensuring timely execution through work package preparation and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and train planners on safety procedures and best planning practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory, procedural, and safety standards
Plan and issue maintenance work packages for both line and base maintenance activities
Consider factors like aircraft availability, task complexity, tooling, manpower, and material availability
Coordinate with Production teams to ensure work packages are executed successfully
Collaborate with Material Management to align parts supply with scheduled tasks
Liaise with customers regularly regarding maintenance planning matters

Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning
Experience with cabin condition, cabin products, or IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) systems is an advantage
Familiarity with CX Ultramain, Net-Line Ops, and TDM systems is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or alternative qualification in an engineering-related field
Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Candidates with a Higher Diploma in Engineering will also be considered
