We are looking for a PGT Commerce Teacher with a strong background in teaching Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies to senior secondary students (Grades XI & XII). The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s in Commerce and B.Ed, with a deep understanding of the CBSE Board Exams and NEP-aligned curriculum. The teacher should be proficient in using innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning and foster student development.
Plan, develop, and implement commerce lessons (Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies) aligned with the NEP and CBSE curriculum.
Create and maintain annual curriculum plans, lesson plans, and assessments.
Ensure that teaching methods are innovative and utilize technology to enhance student learning.
Prepare students for Class XI and XII Board Exams, with a focus on competency-based assessments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and track academic progress.
Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular assessments to gauge student learning.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and other educators regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching practices and overall student outcomes.
Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
Master’s in Commerce (Required)
B.Ed (Required)
3+ years of teaching experience (Required)
Proficiency in Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command of technological tools for teaching
Familiarity with CBSE Board Exams and the competency-based assessment pattern
Preference for female candidates
