Job Title: Sales and Business Development (PEB Solutions)

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Pay: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per month


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) sector. The role involves attracting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling PEB solutions. A strong combination of communication, sales, and technical expertise is required.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PEB sector.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends.

  • Present PEB solutions to potential clients and build long-term relationships.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Possess a strong understanding of PEB design, construction, and industry standards.

  • Effectively discuss technical aspects of PEB solutions with clients.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.

Sales Process Management:

  • Adhere to established sales processes and procedures.

  • Track and report on sales activities, performance, and progress.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of PEB design, construction, and industry standards.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with a technical mindset.

  • Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Sales Process Management: Proficient in tracking, reporting, and managing sales activities.
