Role Overview

As a Partner Sales Engineer, you will be a technical expert and consultant, bridging the gap between Orchestry’s product offerings and the needs of our partners and customers. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, customer engagement, and effective communication skills to showcase the value of Orchestry’s Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

???? Product Demonstrations – Conduct compelling, tailored demonstrations to showcase how Orchestry solves collaboration challenges.
???? Technical Expertise – Engage in in-depth technical discussions, ensuring Orchestry is positioned as the preferred solution in the Microsoft productivity space.
???? Partner Enablement – Support partner onboarding, training, and enablement to drive successful reselling and implementation of Orchestry’s solutions.
???? Onboarding Support – Guide partners and customers through a seamless implementation and adoption process.
???? Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to relay partner and customer feedback, influencing product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
???? Consulting – Provide consultative support to maximize the use of Microsoft 365 and Orchestry’s platform.
???? Thought Leadership – Represent Orchestry as a Microsoft 365 subject matter expert, contributing to webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

✔ Experience: 3–10 years in consulting or technical sales within the Microsoft productivity space (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
✔ Technical Sales Expertise: Proven ability to work with partners, ISVs, or customers in pre-sales or technical enablement.
✔ Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and ecosystem.
✔ Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and engage in solution-oriented discussions.
✔ Governance & Adoption: Familiarity with governance, adoption, and productivity challenges in Microsoft 365.
✔ Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Business Value Translation: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
✔ Organization & Self-Motivation: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred but not required).
