Why We're Hiring

We are expanding our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team and looking for a PAM Engineer to support, operate, deploy, document, integrate, and—where applicable—migrate services to WPP’s BeyondTrust PAM platform.

This role is vital for enhancing security, automation, and user experience across WPP’s global network.

Your Responsibilities

???? PAM Platform Support & Operations

Work closely with the PAM Product Lead to operate and enhance WPP’s BeyondTrust PAM platform
Provide first-level support for PAM issues, communicating effectively with users
Manage PAM-related incidents, requests, and changes in WPP’s ticketing system
Ensure tickets are updated, resolved, and closed in a timely manner

???? Access Management & Security

Maintain Privileged Access Management account requests and delegation processes
Assist engineers and application owners in requesting and managing access
Collaborate with PAM vendors to roll out new features, security updates & user enhancements

???? Process Standardization & Automation

Standardize configurations across deployments following best practices
Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PAM support teams
Automate workflows and integrate PAM tools using PowerShell scripting & APIs (Microsoft Graph)
Align processes with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) standards

???? Collaboration & Innovation

Work with engineering teams & MSPs to optimize PAM workflows
Support cross-functional collaboration with other product managers to align standards
Horizon scanning to explore emerging PAM technologies and innovations

What You’ll Need

✔ Strong expertise in BeyondTrust PAM Platform
✔ Knowledge of other leading PAM solutions
✔ Experience with Windows Server & Linux OS
✔ Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD & Entra ID security best practices
✔ PowerShell scripting expertise & experience with APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph)
✔ Familiarity with OKTA, ServiceNow, and Jira
✔ Background in Operations Support in global, complex environments
✔ Strong documentation skills for policies & configurations
✔ Experience working with third-party vendors & suppliers
