Responsibilities

Develop automation tools & technologies to enhance productivity.
Design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize workflows across payments, fraud prevention, and customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes and find improvements.
Provide support to ensure uninterrupted user experiences.
Participate in all team ceremonies (planning, grooming, demonstrations, retrospectives).
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
Preferred: Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data.
Advanced proficiency in:
- Object-Oriented Design (OOD) & Analysis
- Application analysis, design, and non-functional software qualities (resiliency, maintainability, etc.)
- Modern behavior-driven testing techniques
- Microservices architecture
Proficient in SQL and experienced in Redis, MySQL, and RabbitMQ.
Strong experience with cloud solutions like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud.
Ability to work independently and strong communication skills in English.
