About the Role

Apedia is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Online Tutor to support our academic initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and online teaching. You will deliver high-quality instruction, develop educational materials, and guide learners throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Online Teaching & Mentoring: Conduct interactive and engaging online classes while providing academic support.
✅ Content Development: Assist in creating, reviewing, and organizing educational materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
✅ Learner Support & Guidance: Address student queries, provide academic counseling, and deliver personalized learning strategies.
✅ Program Coordination: Support scheduling and ensure smooth delivery of online classes.
✅ Data Collection & Analysis: Gather feedback on student progress and course effectiveness to improve teaching methods.
✅ Research & Innovation: Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and best practices for online learning.

Qualifications

✅ Master’s Degree in Arts or Science (Mandatory)
✅ B.Ed. and Bihar STET (Preferred)
✅ Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Familiarity with online teaching tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital platforms
✅ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools is a plus
