Job Title: Coding Instructor (Part-time/Contractual)
Location: Remote

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM to 2 AM), Weekend Availability

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Coding Instructor, you will:

Teach coding in a fun and engaging way to school students through online 1:1 classes.
Inspire students to learn coding and develop critical thinking skills.
Assess student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
Be available for at least 135 hours a month, especially in the evenings on weekdays and longer hours on weekends.
Work in a flexible schedule with shift timings from 6 PM to 2 AM.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians.
Use the best-in-class online classroom product for a seamless teaching experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Passion for teaching school students; prior teaching experience is a plus.
A curious mind with an engineering background.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
A laptop with a camera, microphone, and a good internet connection.
A degree in Computer Science or a coding-related background.
