Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Math Tutor to teach grades 8 to 10. As a full-time tutor, you will be responsible for conducting interactive, personalized math lessons in small groups, ensuring that every student receives the attention they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach 4 hours daily across 4 student batches (each batch includes 4 students)
Deliver engaging, easy-to-understand math lessons tailored to students' needs
Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist in goal achievement
Maintain a supportive and motivating virtual classroom environment
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Collaborate with fellow tutors to improve the overall academic experience

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Mathematics
Prior teaching experience (preferably online)
Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts
Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
A strong commitment to student growth and academic success

Shift Timings:

???? 8 hours/day (including 4 hours of live teaching)
???? Shift timing varies monthly:

Typically between 11 AM – 8 PM or 12 PM – 9 PM
