As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to users and ensuring maximum uptime for network systems. Your role will involve monitoring network performance, troubleshooting incidents, and providing essential technical support to users.
Provide telephone, chat, and remote technical support to users.
Monitor NMS (Network Management System) Alerts and escalate incidents as necessary.
Handle tickets as per the defined flow and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in maximizing overall network uptime by resolving issues promptly.
Ability to handle call flow and effectively communicate with customers.
Knowledge of IP networking and familiarity with IP addressing & subnetting.
Understanding of computer hardware and software.
Able to work in shifts, including night shifts.
Must have your own laptop for work purposes.
Any Graduate is eligible to apply.
Full-time position based in Delhi NCR.
