As a Member Care Specialist, you’ll become a caring friend and mentor to our members, supporting their well-being, answering queries, and guiding them on their wellness journey. This role is ideal for female candidates with a background in English education and a deep sense of empathy.
???? Well-being Support:
Act as a go-to support person for members facing personal or emotional challenges
Offer compassionate, practical advice related to mental wellness and life balance
???? Query Management:
Respond to queries through email, chat, and calls
Clarify program information and resolve concerns with empathy
???? Operational Support:
Assist in coordinating wellness and community-building events
Collect and manage feedback from program participants
???? Offline Event Management (Future Scope):
Help organize and execute in-person events and workshops
Handle logistics and on-the-ground coordination
???? Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain confidential member records
Provide regular wellness feedback and updates to the management team
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and confidentiality
Comfortable working remotely for 6 continuous hours daily
Tech-savvy and familiar with communication tools (chat, email, video conferencing)
Knowledge of wellness practices or mental health first aid
Experience in counseling, HR, coaching, or related roles
Project/event coordination experience is a plus
