As a Technical Support Engineer - APAC, you will be the first point of contact for all dealer technical queries, providing fault diagnosis, solutions, and technical training to Loadrite’s distribution partners and end-users across the Asia-Pacific region. This role combines hands-on training and technical expertise, ensuring seamless product adoption and excellent customer service. You’ll also contribute to product development, assist with field trials, and provide real-time solutions to technical challenges, playing a vital role in Loadrite's growth in the region.
Technical Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for all dealer technical queries, offering fault diagnosis and solutions.
Assist with field trials and evaluation of new products.
Facilitate the best solutions to technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
Identify trends in technical issues and escalate where necessary.
Maintain and update the technical support database, creating a valuable assistance tool for customers and Loadrite.
Training & Certification:
Execute training and certification processes for Loadrite’s distribution partners.
Deliver distribution technical training and certification for new and existing products.
Share knowledge and improve resources through internal tools and processes.
Collaboration & Product Development:
Advocate for Loadrite distributors internally.
Provide Voice-of-Distributor feedback for new product development, training, and special projects.
Review product and technical documentation and bulletins for accuracy and updates.
Continuous Improvement:
Advise and implement improvement processes for technical support and customer service.
Participate in special projects as required by business needs.
Communication: Excellent face-to-face, online, by phone, and email communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken Hindi and English.
Technical Aptitude: Proficient in mechanical systems with the ability to understand and relay product information to distributors and end-users.
Detail-Oriented: Focus on continuous improvement in technical support and training.
Computer Literacy: Familiar with Microsoft 365 and technical tools.
Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or Machinery discipline.
Previous industry technical support experience and/or product knowledge.
This role requires approximately 50% regional travel across India, ASEAN, and occasionally to New Zealand.
