We are a dynamic team of math teachers and trainers passionate about changing the way students perceive math — the Bhanzu way! Our mission is to deliver high-quality, engaging, and fun learning experiences to students across grades K-12 through live online sessions.
Deliver live online math sessions to students from grades K–12 in an engaging, interactive manner.
Prepare well in advance for each session to ensure quality delivery.
Create a fun and exciting learning environment for students.
Embrace continuous training and feedback to improve teaching methods aligned with the Bhanzu approach.
Participate in academic and support activities such as:
Training fellow teachers
Conducting Parent-Teacher Meetings
Attending internal training sessions
Collaborate on developing activities, tests, assignments, and more.
Be consistently available during your selected teaching hours and provide academic support to students.
Educational Qualifications:
Specialization in Mathematics or equivalent subject matter expertise.
Preferred degrees: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.A./M.A in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics.
Strong subject knowledge in math and passion for education.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Basic computer skills including familiarity with Excel and Google tools.
Energetic, humorous, and engaging online presence.
Willingness to be trained, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with a young and vibrant team.
