Job Summary

The role involves the identification, documentation, and data management of equipment onboard ships. Key responsibilities include the thorough identification and cataloging of equipment locations, the collection of essential data from all relevant equipment (including Maker, Model, Serial Number, Specifications, Remarks, etc.), and the timely entry of this information into the designated Equipment Templates. Additionally, the position requires capturing high-quality photographs of each piece of equipment for visual documentation purposes. The individual will be expected to meet daily targets and adhere to the outlined goals, providing regular progress reports on the work completed. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of onboard equipment.Key Responsibilities

•Identification of Equipment Locations: Thoroughly identify and catalog all relevant locations where equipment is placed onboard ships.

•Physical Data Collection & Documentation: Collect essential data from all available equipment, including Maker, Model, Serial Number, Specifications, Remarks, etc., and ensure that this information is accurately recorded.

•Data Entry into Equipment Template: Update the collected data into the respective Equipment Templates in a timely and organized manner.

•Visual Documentation: Capture clear and detailed photographs of each piece of equipment to complement the data collected.

•Target Adherence & Reporting: Ensure the completion of daily tasks and targets as outlined by the company and share daily progress reports detailing the work done.

Required Qualifications

- BE/ B.tech in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering plus GME.

- Sailed as 3rd/4th Engineer
