Job Responsibilities:
As a Lead/Senior Android Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and highly interactive Android applications. You will work on creating applications that operate efficiently on low-bandwidth networks and have a strong focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in developing highly interactive Android apps.
Experience developing apps to work with low-bandwidth networks.
Strong knowledge of data caching mechanisms.
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for Android.
Ability to manage medium to large projects and deliver them on time and with high quality.
Soft Skills:
Strong passion for technology and staying up to date with innovations in web technologies.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to conceptualize ideas effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate across departments.
Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Work Ethic and Collaboration:
Desire to make a significant impact and contribute to the company's growth.
Must be comfortable working directly with the senior management team.
Education:
Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies from a top-tier institution in India, the USA, or the UK.
Methodology:
Familiarity with Agile or Extreme programming methodologies is essential.
