Job Responsibilities

✔ Ensure that documents are checked in line with Company, Project, and Quality requirements.
✔ Deliver project documentation within the required timeline.
✔ Manage man-hour variations for additions to the original scope of work.
✔ Support Supervisors/HODs in proposal preparation and man-hour estimates.
✔ Participate in HSE reviews/audits on the project.

Qualification & Requirements

???? Education:
✔ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Fire & Safety, or Petroleum Engineering

???? Experience:
✔ 10 to 15 years in Design HSE / Process Safety / Technical Safety / Loss Prevention
✔ Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical Projects
✔ 8+ years in reputed engineering consultancies/EPC
✔ 3+ years Offshore experience (Oil & Gas / Process platform / FPSO preferred)

???? Technical Expertise:
✔ Knowledge of onshore/offshore engineering in Concept, FEED, and EPC projects
✔ Design expertise in:

Hazardous Area Classification
Escape Route & Dispersion Analysis
Firewater P&IDs, Active & Passive Fire Protection
Fire & Gas Detection, Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA)
✔ Vendor Document Reviews for:
Fire & Safety Equipment
Deluge & Foam Systems
Clean Agent Systems
✔ Experience in process safety reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and ENVID
✔ Familiarity with Indian & International Codes and Standards
✔ Hands-on experience in:
Pipenet Software (Steady-State & Transient modules)
Naviswork Freedom Software for Firefighting system reviews
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and multi-project management skills
