Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Integration Engineer - Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist merchant developers in integrating APIs for payment gateways, payouts, and server-to-server communication using Rust APIs. As the first point of contact for integration, you will ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

???? Assist Merchant Developers – Guide developers through the integration of KwikPaisa’s collection, payout, and Rust APIs.
???? Technical Support – Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues during the integration process.
???? Client Support – Attend client meetings via Google Meet & virtual sessions to provide hands-on support.
???? Internal Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure successful API deployment.
???? Documentation – Maintain best practices and procedures for API integration.
???? First-Point Contact – Act as the primary liaison for API-related queries and support.

Requirements

✔ Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔ Basic understanding of API integration and payment gateway processes.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
✔ Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team.
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

???? Familiarity with programming languages – PHP, Java, Node.js, and Rust.
???? Previous experience in API integration (internships or academic projects).
???? Knowledge of fintech & payment processing technologies.
