Role Overview

As a Vehicle Reliability Test Engineer, you will be responsible for vehicle-level testing for reliability assessments conducted in-house and at external test sites. The role involves conducting extreme environmental tests, analyzing test results, and collaborating with engineering teams for successful validation.

???? Experience: 2-3 years in Reliability Testing
???? Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience also considered)
???? Travel Requirement: PAN India & International

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Testing & Instrumentation

✔ Support instrumentation setup for test vehicles
✔ ADAS knowledge and instrumentation installation
✔ Operate and analyze data from Vector logger, IPETRONIK, eDAQ logger
✔ Work with sensors such as Accelerometers, LVDT, Strain Gauge

Test Execution & Data Analysis

✔ Conduct vehicle durability tests on open roads & proving grounds
✔ Schedule dynamic evaluations for milestone inspections
✔ Act as the first point of contact for durability testing updates
✔ Manage test part replacements & vehicle teardown activities

Process Optimization & Documentation

✔ Review & analyze driver feedback from test runs
✔ Assist in developing work instructions & diagnostic tools
✔ Update test procedures & plans for upcoming durability tests
✔ Prepare detailed test reports for engineering teams

Requirements

✅ Hands-on experience in vehicle instrumentation installation & troubleshooting
✅ Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, parts, and tools
✅ Valid driver’s license is mandatory
✅ Ability to travel extensively across India & abroad
