Job Description

???? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Hydraulic System Troubleshooting & Repair

Identify and resolve issues with hydraulic components
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems (assembly, disassembly, testing)

✅ Technical Support & Customer Engagement

Offer technical guidance via phone, email, or remote diagnostics
Act as a point of contact between the company and customers, addressing product/service concerns

✅ Reporting & Documentation

Prepare reports and quotations for repair work
Coordinate with lead plants for quality issues

✅ Safety & Compliance

Ensure safety protocols in handling, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience

???? Technical Expertise:

Hydraulic Products Knowledge (fault finding, troubleshooting, assembly, disassembly, testing)
SAP technical knowledge

???? Soft Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills
