Champ Code Academy is a leading online coding school for kids aged 7–12. We are passionate about making coding fun, accessible, and educational for the next generation. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Head of Tutor to lead our team of talented educators and shape the future of online coding education.
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of online coding tutors
✅ Oversee tutor performance, engagement, and class quality
✅ Design and implement training programs to improve instructional delivery
✅ Collaborate with curriculum developers to refine lesson content
✅ Ensure student satisfaction and handle tutor-related escalations
✅ Optimize scheduling and operational efficiency for tutor deployment
✔ Experience teaching coding (experience with Minecraft Education, Roblox Studio, or similar platforms is a plus)
✔ Proven leadership or managerial experience in an educational or tutoring environment
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience managing remote teams effectively
✔ Passion for education, coding, and inspiring young learners
