Position: Grants Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹260 – ₹390 per hour
Location: Remote
We are seeking a skilled Grants Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire grant application process on behalf of our nonprofit clients. Your primary focus will be applying for grants that fund our management fees, enabling us to efficiently manage another advertising grant program offered by Google for our clients.
✅ Grant Writing & Proposal Development:
Write, edit, and proofread grant proposals and reports.
Manage the end-to-end grant application process from research to submission.
Develop project budgets in collaboration with program staff for grant proposals.
✅ Research & Compliance:
Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities.
Track reporting deadlines and maintain accurate grant records.
Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting guidelines.
✅ Contract & Fundraising Management:
Assist in contract management related to grant agreements.
Engage in fundraising activities to support ongoing grant initiatives.

Proficient in grant writing and proposal development.
Strong technical writing and financial report writing skills.

Ability to conduct thorough research for funding opportunities.
Experience managing contracts within a grants context.
