Job description

Position: JavaScript/React Developer - AI Model Trainer

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Location: Remote (Accepted from US, Canada, most LATAM and Europe countries, and selected countries in Africa and Asia)
Schedule: Flexible (15+ hours/week minimum, no upper limit)
Contract Length: Long-term (Expected work available for the next 2 years)

Join our expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models. No prior AI experience needed!
We are primarily seeking JavaScript/React developers with 3+ years of experience to help train generative AI models to write better frontend code.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate AI-generated code and provide human-readable rationales.
Build and review React components, hooks, and JavaScript solutions.
Solve coding problems and write efficient, functional frontend code.
Write robust test cases to validate code functionality.
Create instructional content and review code for model training.
Engage in projects ranging from small code evaluations to full mobile app development using AI chatbots.

Pay Rates:

Vary based on location and experience (detailed rates available in the official document).
Paid weekly based on time spent on the platform completing coding exercises.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of software engineering/development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern frontend development.
Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication skills and attention to technical and grammatical detail.
