We are looking for a fresh Mechanical or Automobile Engineering graduate to join our construction equipment and maintenance team. This role involves preventive maintenance, repair tracking, and ensuring equipment uptime across multiple construction sites.
Track utilization of construction equipment
Monitor preventive maintenance and repair schedules
Reduce and prevent breakdowns at sites
Understand and manage spare parts for equipment like Hyva, Excavators, DG, Boomers, etc.
Manage manpower related to equipment maintenance
Ensure maximum uptime of all equipment
Check and certify tracking logs for hired equipment
Control costs to align with budget goals
Education: B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (Freshers eligible)
Knowledge of:
Construction equipment & spare parts
Preventive maintenance practices
Industry safety and operational regulations
Skills:
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Data analysis and decision-making ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Day Shift
Night Shift
Rotational Shift
Walk-in Interviews:
