About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Cyber Security to contribute their expertise in academic writing, research, and technical content development. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and academic writing proficiency to assist students and professionals globally.

As an SME, you will be responsible for creating high-quality academic content, providing technical solutions, and contributing to cybersecurity-related projects. You will play a crucial role in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and enhancing best practices in the field.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Academic Writing & Research

Develop high-quality academic content including reports, essays, assignments, dissertations, and research papers.
Ensure plagiarism-free, grammatically accurate content, without using AI tools.
Adhere to various referencing styles (APA, Harvard, etc.).
Proofread and edit content to meet quality standards.

✅ Technical Expertise & Cyber Security Solutions

Handle cybersecurity concepts, including network security, digital forensics, and cryptography.
Provide academic solutions for students in UK, Australia, Canada, and other global regions.
Work on penetration testing, firewall testing, incident response, and OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities.
Conduct cybersecurity testing, network security analysis, and vulnerability assessments.
Respond to security breaches and design preventive measures.

✅ Networking & Security Tools

Proficiency in network security tasks using Cisco Packet Tracer.
Expertise in Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) (firewalls, routers, load balancers, etc.).
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, SQLmap, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, etc..
Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST authorization to operate (ATO) process, and Cybersecurity policies.

✅ Training & Development

Participate in office training programs and extracurricular activities.
Continuously enhance knowledge and stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Cyber Security or a related field.

???? Technical Expertise

Experience in C++, C, Java, MySQL, Python, and Shell scripting.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, penetration testing, and firewall testing.
Conceptual knowledge of Virtual Network Functions (VNFs).

???? Preferred Skills

Experience in project research and business documentation.
Understanding of Cybersecurity tools, policies, and compliance frameworks.
