Job Description

We are seeking a Flight Control Systems Engineer to join our team at Airbus India. The role involves the design, development, and verification & validation (V&V) of flight control systems for multiple aircraft programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Contribute to the design and development of flight control systems.
System Design Analysis: Analyze design changes and modifications, ensuring system integrity and performance.
Modeling & Simulation: Support the modeling and simulation efforts towards design maturity, V&V, and certification.
Integration Support: Assist with the integration of models on different simulation platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with system designers and testing teams during V&V campaigns across aircraft programs.
Technical Support: Respond to system-related technical queries raised by customers, airlines, and other design offices.
Stakeholder Communication: Attend technical meetings and communicate design and development progress.
Tool Development: Develop tools to support design, development, analysis, and V&V efforts.

Required Education

B.Tech./M.Tech. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Control or related disciplines.

Required Skills and Expertise

Control Systems Knowledge: Expertise in control systems, estimation, flight guidance, and control.
Modeling Tools: Proficiency with tools like Matlab/Simulink/Scade.
Aerospace Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of aerospace systems and principles.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs and requirements.
