Job Description

The role is suited for a B.Com graduate interested in logistics and exports, with the ability to perform fieldwork. The primary responsibilities include managing export shipments and ensuring smooth operations across sea and air freight logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Export Operations
- Handle sea and air export bookings, from initiation to completion.
- Review and process export documentation for carriers and shipping lines.
- Monitor freight movement from booking to final delivery at the destination.
- Maintain timely communication with CHAs and overseas agents.
Documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents to airlines and steamship lines.
- Maintain proper records of all export-related documents.
Team and Client Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the supervisor and team members.
- Provide updates on export issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure excellent service.
Backup Support
- Assist the shipping and receiving departments as needed.
- Safely perform assigned tasks to meet logistics schedules.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com).
Experience:
- 1-2 years in export or logistics operations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements

Relocation or Commute:
