Schedule: Day shift (7:45 AM – 4:15 PM)
Work Location: In person
Annual Pay: ₹3,50,000 – ₹6,50,000 (CTC range based on experience and performance)

1. Learning Design
Apply knowledge of learning theory, content, and pedagogy
Design lessons tailored to all learners based on their needs
Set clear, relevant objectives and plan coherent instruction
Utilize available resources effectively
Design and administer quality assessments
2. Learning Environment
Foster respectful, positive student relationships
Promote a culture of learning and support positive behaviour
Maintain effective classroom management and structures
3. Learning Experiences
Communicate lesson goals and purpose effectively
Provide clear and accurate explanations
Actively engage students in learning
Facilitate discussions to deepen understanding
Continuously assess learning and respond to student needs
Mandatory:
B.Ed
Graduation in English or relevant subject
Preferred:
TET or CTET certification
