Role Overview:

We are looking for an Engineering Performance Specialist to support and enhance the engineering team’s performance and contribute to the development of our SaaS product. This dual-purpose role will involve tracking performance metrics, mentoring engineers, and contributing to product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Track & Analyze Metrics: Develop systems to track and analyze engineering team performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Mentorship: Facilitate training sessions, foster skill development, and mentor engineers to help them achieve their professional goals.
Contribute to Product Development: Collaborate on technical projects, providing valuable input to product development when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Experience in mentoring, coaching, and fostering team development.
Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools.
Impeccable attention to detail and high accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in performance management or people development.
Experience in software development or a Scrum Master role.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, CI/CD technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in startups/scaleups.
Knowledge of shares and share schemes.
Prior experience working in a remote team.
