Our Head of Product and Engineering seeks a dynamic and driven individual to enhance the engineering team’s performance and contribute to our SaaS product development.
This dual-purpose role involves tracking performance metrics, mentoring engineers, and directly contributing to technical projects. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about driving team success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
✅ Performance Analysis & Improvement:
Develop and maintain systems to track engineering team performance.
Provide data-driven insights to improve team efficiency.
✅ Mentorship & Training:
Conduct training sessions and skill development initiatives.
Mentor engineers to support their professional growth.
✅ Product Development:
Collaborate with the team and contribute directly to technical projects.
✅ Continuous Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and streamline engineering processes.
✔️ Experience:
Minimum 8+ years in a similar role.
✔️ Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities to interpret and act on performance data.
Experience with performance tracking and reporting tools.
✔️ Mentorship & Collaboration:
Proven experience in mentoring and fostering team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Remote Work Proficiency:
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
✅ Background in performance management or people development.
✅ Experience as a Scrum Master or in software development.
✅ Hands-on knowledge of Jira, CI/CD tools, or similar technologies.
✅ Ability to balance technical and team-oriented responsibilities.
⭐ Startup/Scaleup experience.
⭐ Knowledge of shares and share schemes.
⭐ Experience working in a remote-first team.
