Role Overview:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, testing, and deploying software solutions to support business and customer-facing applications. You’ll work as a core member of an Agile team, focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and refactor software code.
Design and build user-friendly applications and APIs.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product vision and user experience.
Conduct code reviews and participate in Agile development processes.
Write and maintain documentation.
Implement innovative technologies to optimize systems.
Define test conditions and conduct testing using automation tools.
Contribute to user research and feedback evaluation.
Drive continuous improvement in code quality and team practices.

Technical Skills Required:

Programming Languages: Java (Core), Kotlin
Technologies & Tools:
- REST APIs
- Unix/Linux
- Postman
- Git/SVN/Bitbucket
- Jenkins/Bamboo
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Server-side templating languages (Jade, EJS, Jinja)
Development Practices:
- CI/CD
- Agile/Scrum
- Object-Oriented Design
- Distributed systems
- Relational databases
- Code reviews & automated testing

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
OR Master’s in Computer Applications or equivalent
4 to 7 years of relevant experience
Experience with full software development lifecycle and rapid development methodologies (Agile)
