  • Provide technical and functional leadership, contributing as a Supply Chain SME in product design, solution deployment, business reviews, and vendor tool assessments.

  • Strategically evaluate the current state of operations, creating and executing a roadmap to improve operational efficiencies and ensure high stability.

  • Actively coach teams to fix issues, identify patterns, and solve problems to prevent recurrence.

  • Oversee leadership communication to ensure high-priority issues are resolved end-to-end.

  • Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Business teams to optimize workflows and improve product uptime.

  • Develop and enforce disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimize service interruptions.

  • Implement technology and automation to improve monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution.

  • Build well-defined SLA, issue categories, triage processes, and hold teams accountable.

  • Create a strong feedback loop between development, product, and business teams to improve design, coding, and monitoring.

  • Plan, organize, and manage team operations, prioritizing tasks and assignments.

  • Mentor senior engineers and managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Lead recruitment strategies to build a strong and diverse team.

  • Actively engage in communication, promoting team efficiency.

????‍???? Criteria

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in technology delivery and production support for large-scale omni-channel operations, especially in eCommerce and supply chain environments.

  • 12+ years of hands-on technology experience, with a focus on design, development, testing, and support activities.

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing SRE or Operations teams, ideally in eCommerce or enterprise-scale environments.

  • 5+ years of management experience in similar roles.

  • Experience with incident management tools (e.g., PagerDuty, Opsgenie) and root cause analysis processes.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, order management, and logistics.

  • Experience optimizing eCommerce and OMS solutions in high-volume environments.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and drive teams toward achieving goals.

  • A growth mindset with the ability to continuously evolve practices and improve team performance.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
