Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Lead Generation

✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
✅ Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads.
✅ Provide detailed property information, including features, pricing, and availability.
✅ Maintain and update the customer database with call details.
✅ Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into site visits.

Client Interaction & Site Visits

✅ Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
✅ Provide clients with comprehensive project details, including amenities and pricing.
✅ Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
✅ Assist clients in the decision-making process and close sales deals.

Sales & Follow-ups

✅ Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.
✅ Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions.
✅ Stay connected with potential buyers until the deal is closed.
✅ Keep up with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

✔ 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or sales (real estate preferred).
✔ Strong communication and persuasive skills.
✔ Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
✔ Willingness to travel for site visits.
✔ Basic computer skills (CRM & MS Office knowledge is a plus).
✔ Fluency in English and local languages (Preferred).
