Role Overview:

We are looking for a MFG/DFM Engineer to join our international team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to transform the manufacturing industry. As an MFG/DFM Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of a customer’s product technological and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Product Development and Launch:
Lead the transition of a product from design to production, ensuring the product meets specifications.
Liaison Between Customer and Supplier:
Act as the intermediary between the customer and supplier, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Concurrent Engineering with Process Engineers:
Work closely with process engineers to ensure smooth product development and manufacturability.
Manage Engineering Changes:
Implement changes to production systems based on product modifications and manage the engineering change process.
Conduct DFM Analysis:
Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to ensure product designs are optimized for production.
Monitor Production Stages:
Oversee and ensure the timely completion of major production stages.
Risk Analysis and Action Plans:
Report production risks and develop action plans to address them.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
Higher engineering education (metal processing engineer, design engineer, or similar).
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive field.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of metalworking methods, metal and plastic post-processes (e.g., polishing, hardening, heat treatment, anodizing, sanding/blasting, coatings, painting), and structural materials and their machining properties (metals, plastics, composites).
Language Proficiency:
High conversational and written level of English.
Adaptability:
Willingness to work in a fast-growing business environment and adapt to changes.
