Job Title: IT Support Technician

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Nehru Place, Delhi, Delhi
Pay: ₹1,44,000 - ₹2,40,000 per year
Shift: Day shift

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to assist in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining IT equipment and systems for our clients. The role involves hands-on technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and resolving client IT issues at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Visits & Support:
- Visit customer sites to resolve complaints and provide onsite IT support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network connections, and software issues.
Hardware Installation & Configuration:
- Install and configure Hard Drives (HDD), Solid State Drives (SSD), RAM, desktops, and laptops.
- Install and configure IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
Software Installation & Configuration:
- Install Windows OS and other software as required by the customer.
- Configure Outlook email and backup systems.
Networking & Troubleshooting:
- Configure Wifi routers and resolve internet and LAN-related issues.
- Set up printer sharing and troubleshoot printer-related issues.
Remote & Telephonic Support:
- Provide remote and telephonic support when required.
- Respond to client IT support requests and maintain good user relations.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain call reports and track service requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support.
Education:
- A diploma in IT or related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Familiarity with network setups, including LAN, WiFi, and printer sharing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client IT issues efficiently.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to visit client sites as required.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Nehru Place, New Delhi, Delhi before starting work.
