Role Overview

As a Content Writer at Shipturtle, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and high-quality content across various digital platforms. Your expertise in research, SEO, and audience engagement will drive traffic, enhance visibility, and establish our brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Strategy

✔ Write and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
✔ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies for traffic, engagement, and lead generation

2. Research & SEO Optimization

✔ Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce authoritative content
✔ Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and search rankings

3. Editing, Proofreading & Brand Consistency

✔ Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and alignment with brand tone & style
✔ Maintain content consistency across all channels

4. Audience Engagement & Analytics

✔ Engage with audiences through comments, feedback, and social media interactions
✔ Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, making data-driven optimizations

Qualifications & Skills Required

✔ Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
✔ Strong writing, video & photo editing, and proofreading skills
✔ Proficiency in research and the ability to quickly understand new topics
✔ Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms (WordPress)
✔ Time management & organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
