Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and brainstorm engaging YouTube video concepts.
✔ Assist in filming and video production from start to finish.
✔ Edit footage and enhance videos with graphics, effects, and optimized titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
✔ Research and analyze trends to improve content engagement.
✔ Monitor analytics and audience engagement to refine content strategies.
✔ Collaborate with the team to create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Requirements

✔ 1+ year of experience in content writing or video production (Preferred).
✔ Strong storytelling, editing, and creative skills.
✔ Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva).
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✔ Fluency in Hindi and English (Required).
