Team Overview

The Mission Control team is part of the Aladdin Product Group Platforms Team, responsible for delivering a seamless client experience and ensuring the stability and efficiency of BlackRock's investment systems.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Technology Coordination – Ensure the stability of the Aladdin platform and BlackRock infrastructure while supporting innovation.
✔ Change Impact Communication – Inform technology and business partners about high-risk changes and secure necessary approvals.
✔ Security & Compliance – Oversee security patching to meet compliance and security goals.
✔ Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with global IT teams and understand various applications and technologies.
✔ Process Improvement – Enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of change control processes.
✔ Technical Expertise – Utilize knowledge in desktop technology, TCP/IP networking, UNIX commands, SQL queries, and scripting.
✔ Collaboration & Leadership – Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Must-Have:
✅ 4+ years of experience as an IT Change Manager
✅ Familiarity with industry-standard Change Management practices
✅ Experience in Cloud infrastructure solutions (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
✅ Understanding of ITIL framework and its best practices
✅ Experience in application monitoring solutions
✅ Strong knowledge of Change Management tools like ServiceNow
✅ Ability to analyze data-driven insights to optimize operations
✅ Scripting or basic programming skills to automate common tasks
✅ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Experience in the Financial Services or Technology industry is a plus

Hybrid Work Model
