Role Overview

As part of our 24x7 customer support team, you will handle billing & refund inquiries, user management, plan upgrades/downgrades, and vendor onboarding via email, chat, and inbound calls. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams when needed.


Key Responsibilities

Billing & Account Management

  • Handle billing, cancellations, invoice generation, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Assist customers with user management and plan changes (upgrades/downgrades).

Customer Support

  • Respond to queries related to BrowserStack products using knowledge base articles.
  • Route complex issues to the sales or engineering teams when required.

Performance & Collaboration

  • Work towards achieving KPIs and metrics set annually.
  • Effectively coordinate between multiple teams, ensuring maximum first-call resolutions.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
1-3 years of experience in a similar customer support role.
✅ Ability to handle challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Strong customer service skills to resolve issues & build rapport quickly.
✅ Comfortable with rotational shifts and capable of self-managing in a remote setup.
Quick learner with a focused, process-driven approach.
Prior experience in Billing & Payments / Service Desk (preferred).
